I. Client Requirements

  • Client must provide clear reference photos (color palette is optional).

  • Client must also provide artist with desired image size

  • 50% Downpayment before the artist starts the commission

II. My Do's and Don'ts

  • Fanart, i.e you in character costume, you with content creators and such

III. More Information

  • Customer will be given 2 free revisions (These will only be available during the sketching (once the sketch is done no more drawing revisions can be done)

  • No Rush commissions (turn around will be about 1-2 weeks) due to artist still being in school

  • Artist has the right to refuse commissions if they do not think that they can complete the work

  • Artist reserves the right to post the commission on their social media’s and as part of their portfolio

  • Art style is fixed

  • Once artwork is finished a watermarked version will be sent through instagram

  • Once the last 50% is paid only then will the unwatermarked version be sent via E-mail

  • The file will be sent in both JPG and PNG format

  • Once the sketching starts there is NO REFUND or CANCELLATION of the art

  • Once you pay the initial 50%, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If any of these are broken the artist has the right to refuse to finish the art

  • Commissioned art may NOT be used for personal profit (art commissioned can NOT be turned into stickers, shirts, keychains and such) unless you ask the artist for permission and give proper credit
